These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

SALES AGREMENT

Product appearances may differ slightly from their depictions. The images of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes exclusively. While we strive for accurate colour representation, we cannot ensure that the colours displayed on your device precisely match the product's colour. Your actual product may vary slightly from the images provided.

If you do not get your full order please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.  

We are legally obligated to provide the Goods in accordance with the Contract and will be considered not in conformity if they fail to meet the following criteria: Upon delivery, the Goods must:

  • Meet satisfactory quality standards;
  • Be reasonably suitable for any specific purpose you disclosed to us before the Contract was formed (unless it's unreasonable for you to rely on our expertise and judgment), and match any purpose we advertised or specified in the Contract and Match their description.

 PRICE AND PAYMENTS

  • The price of the product, inclusive of VAT, is listed on the product page of our website and on the order pages when you complete your purchase. We make every effort to ensure that the price provided to you is accurate.
  • Despite our best efforts, it's possible that some of the products we offer may be inaccurately priced. We typically verify prices before confirming your order. If the correct price of a product at the time of your order is lower than what was initially stated, we'll charge you the lower amount. However, if the correct price at the time of your order is higher than what was stated, we'll reach out to you for instructions before proceeding with your order. In cases where a pricing error is glaring and unmistakable, and could reasonably have been identified by you as a mispricing, we reserve the right to terminate the contract, refund any payments made, and request the return of any products provided to you.
  • Your credit or debit card information must be submitted with your order in order for us to process payment.

 

Shipping/Delivery Policy

  • The delivery fees will be outlined on our website at the time of placing your order.
  • Throughout the ordering process, we will indicate when the products will be provided to you based on the delivery option chosen during checkout.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
  • Subsequently, you should expect an email from our designated courier containing tracking details.
  • We consistently make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order as promptly as possible and within the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Weekends and bank holidays are not factored into any estimated delivery date provided to you, irrespective of whether you opt for express delivery. Your estimated delivery date is therefore based on the number of working days until your order will be delivered to you.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, please allow 14 days before we resend your parcel to your address. We commit to delivering the Goods to the Delivery Location within the agreed-upon timeframe or, in the absence of such an agreement, promptly and no later than 30 days after the Contract is initiated.
  • If any misconception occurs and you do not want to treat the contract as it should be we will cancel the order and you must return or let us collect the product as if deliver. If you do not so we will have full right not to return or partially return your payments.
  • We bear no liability for delays resulting from events beyond our control or for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these terms due to such events. In the event that our supply of the products is delayed or we fail to fulfill our obligations under this contract due to an event beyond our control, we will promptly notify you, we commit to delivering the products to you within 30 days from the date of order acceptance. If not, we reserve the right to terminate the contract if we are unable to fulfill any obligations under these terms due to such an event.
  • What constitutes an event beyond our control? For clarity, an event beyond our control encompasses any act or occurrence beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial disputes, civil unrest, terrorism or threats thereof, war, fire, natural disasters, or non-performance by third parties integral to the manufacture and supply of the products.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the product upon delivery, our couriers will either leave the parcel in a secure location on your premises or provide instructions on rearranging delivery or collecting the products from a nearby depot.
  • Failure to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a depot after an unsuccessful delivery may result in additional charges for storage and further delivery costs. If we are unable to reach you or arrange delivery despite reasonable efforts, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and retrieve the products, deducting associated expenses from any refund issued.
  • Ownership of the products transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. You assume responsibility for the products once the courier delivers them to the address provided.

Terminating, Returns and Refunds 

  • Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without providing any justification.
  • The cancellation period ends 7 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, receive physical possession of the last of the Goods. In contracts involving the ongoing supply of goods (e.g., subscriptions), the right to cancel extends to 14 days after the initial delivery.
  •  A distance contract (as defined below) includes the cancellation rights (Cancellation Rights) outlined herein. However, these Cancellation Rights do not pertain to a contract for the following goods (and no others) under the following circumstances:
  • Consumables such as food, beverages, or household items regularly delivered to your residence or workplace
  • Customized or personalized goods
  • Perishable or rapidly expiring items.

By Mail: Send a letter to our registered office address, providing details of your purchase, order date or receipt, and your name and address.

We appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary information for a smooth termination process.

RETURNS

  • Provide comprehensive details of the order and the missing items. Claims made after this stipulated period will regrettably not be considered.
  • Please refrain from discarding any products before reporting the issue, as we may require batch numbers, photographic evidence, and/or the return of damaged items. Upon investigation, we will promptly provide any missing or damaged products or issue a refund for the items not received.
  • Should the goods be determined to have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear, we reserve the right to withhold replacement or credit/refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods to us.
  •  Upon dispatching your parcel, you must email us the tracking number indicated on your postage receipt from the courier or registered delivery service. Once we receive your tracking number, we can proceed with processing your refund.
  • In the event of terminating the agreement for any reason after items have been dispatched to you or received by you, they must be returned to us. You are required to send them back to our registered office address or, if they cannot be posted, allow us to arrange collection. Please adhere to the instructions provided by our customer service team for the return process.
  •  If you choose to change your mind, you are accountable for the return shipping costs of the products. You must dispatch the products back to us at the Return address stated (or contact us on email) , utilizing a courier service or another registered delivery option

REFUNDS

  • How we'll process your refund? The price you paid for the products will be refunded to you through the same payment method you used. Nonetheless, deductions may be applied to the price, as outlined below.
  • if you're opting to reconsider your purchase: we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any decrease in the value of the items, excluding delivery expenses, due to improper handling beyond what's acceptable in a retail setting. If we issue a refund before inspecting the goods and subsequently find they've been mishandled, you'll be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
  • Our commitment to replacing defective products. We'll replace your faulty product(s) upon your return of the item(s). If you prefer not to have your product(s) replaced, we'll issue a refund for the price you paid for the product(s), including delivery costs, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • Regarding the timing of your refund, We'll process any refunds owed to you promptly. If you're opting to reconsider your purchase, your refund will be issued within 7 days from either the day we receive the returned product from you or the day you provide evidence of sending the product back to us, whichever occurs earlier.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the product and its description as presented on our website, Where necessary to comply with alterations in relevant laws and regulatory mandates and To implement minor technical tweaks and enhancements that won't impact your product utilization.
  • Substantial revisions to the products and terms. We retain the authority to make substantial alterations to these terms or the products. However, should we proceed with such modifications, we will promptly notify you. Subsequently, you may contact us to request a refund for any products paid for but not received.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In our efforts to prevent disputes, Customers are encouraged to promptly reach out to us in the event of a fault or incorrect item. We strive to resolve issues within a 7-day timeframe.

Other Important Terms

Transferability of Agreement: We reserve the right to transfer this Agreement, including our rights and obligations, to another organization. Rest assured, we'll inform you if such a transfer occurs, and we'll ensure that your rights under the contract remain unaffected.

Consent for Transfer of Rights: You must obtain our written consent before transferring your rights or obligations under these terms to another individual.

Exclusivity of Contract Rights: This contract solely pertains to you and us. No other party has the authority to enforce any of its terms.

Severability Clause: Each clause of these terms functions independently. If any court or relevant authority deems any clause unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
