Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Here's how it works:

Initiating a Refund or Exchange: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at enquire.adessentials@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Or as if we do damaged items we'll offer you partial refunds.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email in to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please let us know when you initiate the return. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
